Only gave 1 star because the lip liner itself is loose inside the pencil and falls out of its casing. I wrote to customer service to let them know but no one has responded to my email with photos.

Gosh I LOVE this lip liner from Charlotte tilbury, you may argue that some cheaper lip liners do just as good but let me tell you, Charlotte tilburys one look FLAWLESSLY good when I overtime my lips, makes my lips look so natural and not only that but the lasting power is a good long while 6+ without eating or drinking (unless straw) and still looks fresh

Stunning lipliner. Sometimes I use the liner to cover the whole lip as I like the Matt finish. Lovely with the accompanying lipstick. Heavily pigmented, works on dark lips too!
