Returns Information – UK

We offer a FREE, trackable, pre-paid returns service for UK orders, with a printless option available. You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible items for a refund.

Online Order Returns

All returned items must be in a saleable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be unopened and unused, with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and any cellophane intact.

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for items that aren't in a resaleable condition and reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet these requirements.

Online purchases from Sephora.co.uk can only be returned using our returns service or by self-post. Online orders cannot be returned to Sephora stores for a refund.

If your product is damaged or faulty, or you've experienced an allergic reaction, please contact our Customer Care team first.

How to Return an Online Order

To use our free UK returns service:

• Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number without any letter at the end, along with your delivery postcode or email address. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason for your return.
• Choose your preferred return method.
• If you select a printless return, your QR code is valid for 30 days and can be used at a drop-off point offering the same returns service you selected when registering your return.

For the Channel Islands, only self-post returns are available. We'll reimburse your return postage up to a maximum of £10.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return reaches our distribution center, please allow up to 10 working days for it to be processed. Once processed, your refund can take up to a further 5 working days to appear in your account.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, subject to the gift card conditions below.

Sephora Store Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased in a Sephora store can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase, provided you have your till receipt and the products are in their original, saleable condition.

Items must be unopened and unused, with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and any cellophane intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these requirements for health and safety reasons.

Personalized products and Gift Cards are excluded from our returns policy. Items purchased using a gift card can only be exchanged or refunded to a gift card.

Important Returns Information

We recommend taking a photo of your item before returning it if you're concerned about damage during transit. Please also keep your proof of return until your refund has been processed, as we may need to request it.

Any free gift received with your order must also be returned before your refund can be processed. If you don't return the free gift, we reserve the right to deduct its value from your refund.

We don't accept returns after the applicable returns period. If an electrical item becomes defective after the returns period, please contact our Customer Care team for an RMA return code.

We reserve the right not to accept orders from customers displaying unusual or suspicious returns behavior. Used products and other returns that aren't eligible for a refund will not be shipped back to you.
