Great product!
Great product, don’t need much to make a big difference. Love the smell and makes my hair feel great! I have fine hair but this helps to avoid knots and make it look it’s best!

Love this shampoo!
I have been using this shampoo since it first came out. It makes my hair shine and feel healthy and stronger. A little goes a long way too. My scalp is very sensitive but I never have a problem with Aveda shampoos and conditioners.

I am an employee of Estee Lauder Companies and was gifted this product and I am obsessed! I colour my hair frequently so I need all the damage repair I can get. My hair feels so soft and healthy after using it, especially with the masque.

Disappointing
I purchased the Botanical Repair shampoo and conditioner after using the Botanical Repair Leave-In treatment for over a year and loving it. Unfortunately this shampoo and conditioner made my hair look very dry. My hair lost its shine and started to look dull and greasy. I've been Aveda customer for over 20 years and always enjoyed all their products that I tried. I am very disappointed with the quality of the Botanical Repair Shampoo and Conditioner and won't be buying it again.

CHANGED PRODUCT QUALITY
I have been using this product over a year and they have changed the product quality in to some type of conditioners which means you CANNOT wash the shampoo away from your scalp and irritation afterwards! We all need to get refunded for this awful shampoo.

Irritated scalp
Used trial sized shampoo & conditioner. Noticed my scalp was itchy afterwards. Such a shame as hair felt great initially after washing. Won't be buying full sizes.
