seems to be working
seems to be woking on dark spots but I am also using Azelic acid which is also goof for those as well. does have a slight smell (kind of sterile/ hospital like)

Cleared acne
I use this on my acne and scarring and it has really helped clear up my skin. I only use it on areas that I break out in and I’ve noticed a massive difference

Was hoping a better result
I’m 56 and my skin has become very oily over the last 2 yrs causing me to break out in cyst like spots. I have used La Roche for years & years. I used the Clay mask with this moisturiser hoping to control the oil. Day 1 I thought there was some improvement. We’re on week 3 or 4 and there is no improvement. I’m as oily as ever & my spots are worse than before. I just need some help to turn off this oil tap on my face. The oil comes through my make up within an hour of applying. I wear mineral makeup as recommended by a skin clinic. Please help La Roche what can I do ????

burned and irritated my skin, i have pilling, red patches and more breakouts to deal with because of this cream, and not in a way that would suggest purging or allergic reaction

Hormonal spots
Bought this as I get hormonal breakout just before I have my period. I had read reviews and a lot of people said this one should be good. I but it on my face but I have to say after a few minutes my face started to feel hot and almost burning a bit. I woke up next morning definitely helped with the spots but my face was quiet red in some areas

I wish I had this 30 years ago!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mature lady of 46 this works really well for my dark spots from sun damage & acne scaring but what I am most impressed with is it massively helps with hormonal breakouts! I am peri menopausal but still quite regular and ever since I started my periods in my early teens I have always suffered from hormonal breakouts, mostly on my chin & neck, sometimes on my back & cheeks. Other than hormonal breakouts I haven’t really had a problem with acne, I do get blackheads occasionally though. Anyway I was lucky to get sent a sample of this a while back and have since bought 2 more, it’s the only thing that has ever helped for my hormonal breakouts in over 30 years and I have tried a LOT of different products, I am quite obsessed with skincare and do try to look after my skin really well, unfortunately I wasn’t so clued up in my younger years & I now pay the price for wanting that golden tan all year round with dark spots & sun damage but this has also made quite a significant difference with those too. They’ve not gone completely but have definitely faded, to the point I no longer feel the need to always wear a full coverage foundation. I highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from hormonal breakouts ( or any other type of breakouts it’s just I can’t comment on it’s performance with other types of acne as I don’t suffer from it, but I would definitely give it a go if I did). I also highly recommend it to anyone who has post acne scars or dark spots, it’s been a game changer for me since adding to my skincare routine. I know sometimes people are sceptical about reviews when the person has received a free sample but I can honestly say I was under no obligation to write a review & it’s been a good few months since I received it, ( I like to give a product a full a fair chance before I review, not normally this long but with Christmas & family commitments I’ve not had chance, I know it’s a long review but it’s worth more than just a quick ‘it’s good’) As I mentioned I have since bought another 2 and will continue to buy it, this is my genuine review & experience, it may be different for others but I’d say try it out & give it a chance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get hormonanl breakouts that can be quite painful. This moisturiser feels soothing and helps to get rid of my breakouts quicker. It also helps stop any hypigmentation and has even helped in fading some of older dark spots. The moisturer is not harsh or drying on my skin so I can use it daily.
