Directions
La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water can be used instead of a toner as part of a cleansing routine. Alternatively, use daily to refresh and rehydrate skin.
Holdspray 20cm from face and close eyes while spraying. Leave to penetrate for 2-3 minutes. Gently pat off excess with a tissue. Also suitable for use on the body.

Essential part of my skincare routine
This thermal water is an essential part of my skincare routine. I use it after cleansing my skin and before I apply my serum and cream. It soothes and hydrates my skin. In summer I use it much often as it refreshes and quenches my skin. I also keep another bottle in my gym bag as I like spraying my flushed face and body with it during work-outs. It is suitable for sensitive skin and even for babies and my little daughter also likes spraying it on her face. This thermal water doesn't only hydrate our skin but also treats it to minerals and natural anti-oxidants. Highly recommend it.

I love La Roche Posay Thermal Spring Water it is so refreshing. It comes in a good sized spray and a little goes a long way. it is suitable for your face and body. I love that it is so gentle and it can be used for all members of the family. It is even suitable for a freshness for cleansing whilst nappy changing. It is so hydrating and perfect for blasts of freshness throughout the day. It is great for using during your skincare routine for a cleanse of freshness before applying your serum. it is great.
