Palpebral Eye Make-Up Cleanser gently removes all make-up, even waterproof. Its cool and soothing gel-texture was specifically developed for hypersensitive eyes, to be more comfortable on contact than water itself. The remover gel sweeps softly and easily over the eye area, eliminating make-up and acting as a water-saturated 'cushion' between the eye and the applicator (finger / cotton pad). This 'buffering' minimizes friction against the delicate skin of the eye are, reducing damage and irritation in the make-up removal process. No more red, sore eyes, no more dragging delicate skin. Directions
Put a dab of gel on a cotton disc. Leave on for a few seconds, then stretch towards the temples without rubbing. Can be used without cotton wool.

Better than Bioderma
I recently switched from the Bioderma Sensibio H20 Micellar Water to this. SVR Palperbal removes makeup effectively (though I don't wear a lot) and is very gentle on my sensitive skin.

Ultra soothing
If you have sensitive eyes like me you've probably spent a small fortune on potions &lotions to remove eye make up. Don't be afraid because this is a gel & not a cream. It's ultra soothing & comforting and I would recommend for dry, sensitive eyes and eyelids. Worth the money.

Not the best but it does the job.
If you get it in your eye it stings and made a lot of my eyelashes fall out however does remove the make up well!

Gentle and great working product
Gentle and does what it says on the tin. Didn't work well on cotton pad, so I rub it on with my fingers and rinse off with water.
