One thing I noticed with this duo is that my hair goes longer without getting oily. Usually I wash on the second day but after using this my hair was still soft and fresh on the third day, minimal oil. Makes my hair much softer and lighter and easier to style, more malleable. My only issue is that it makes my hair feel a lot thinner. For reference I have waist length, straight, fine blonde hair.

What is the difference between the Tween duo set and the stand alone nourishing shampoo and conditioner. Apart from the price. Are the stand alone products newer with different ingredients and do they all contain sulphates? I have colour treated hair.

This duo is the same as the individual products, but just offered as a great value set!
This range isn't 'Sulphate' free. I use this on my highlighted hair, and have found it to be great for my hair, it's personal choice.

Can this duo be used on semi permanent died hair?

The TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Tween Shampoo & Conditioner Duo can be used on semi permanent colour treated hair, however the duo does contain the ingredient 'sulphate' which in time can strip the colour out quicker.
