Directions
The ideal gentle AM and PM cleanser. Gently massage a small amount onto dampened face and neck, add water, then rinse thoroughly.

Does the job
I got this as recommended as part of my first order. For me it does the job of cleanser and good at removing make up. Personally I don't really like the texture of this cleanser I prefer a cream if I'm honest. It's seems to have gritty bits in it and doesnt melt on skin as I'd expect. I will still use but won't rebuy. I'll look at a other from the range.

Has something changed ?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using this since the beginning of the year but the most recent bottle I got had like little beads in it and and after using my face broke out. Found there was still some in my previous bottle so went back to using that all was fine. It ran out and yesterday I went back to the new bottle and once again my face has started breaking out.Shame really because I did LOVE this product it takes make up off so easily and feels amazing.

Suddenly contains exfoliating particles
Used to be my go-to. Now it contains horrible bits that are reminiscent of a famous apricot face scrub from the 90s. It's scratched my face and left it feeling sore. Please can you tell me if this was a bad batch, or whether it's a permanent change of formula?

Inconsistent
I love this product so much and I’m so disappointed that I never quite know what I’m going to get. Some tubes are more oily and others have granules in them which I really don’t want to use and results in me wastefully throwing them out. Unfortunately because of this I won’t repurchase.

Cleans without Stripping
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleansing balm has a fabulous texture which doesn’t dry the skin and small particles (I’m guessing oat ) that gently exfoliates. Skin feels smooth and clean. I don’t wear much makeup but it removes it all.

Just not a good product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product for years, but it disappoints every time I go back to it. Here’s why:It doesn’t remove mascara effectively.It leaves my skin oily.You need to apply it to dry skin, so it’s not convenient for shower use.Towards the end, you can’t get the last of the product out of the packaging, which isn’t very sustainable.Overall, it’s not meeting my expectations.

Product Change
I’ve been religiously using this product for years, it was one of my favourite. However, my current one will be my last as for some reason there are now small beads in the product? I don’t understand the use for these as they only seem to hurt the sensitive parts off my face when cleansing. It’s a real shame as it was a great product.

I'm worried I would be over-stripping my skin since I use a water based cleanser that contains Salicylic acid & also use the Paula's choice 2% BHA exfoliant. Would this be too much to add to my routine?
I love the oat cleanser & find it to be gentle on my skin even when using retinol & acids etc. Hope this helps
