Directions
Use on damp, towel-dried hair.
Remove cap. dispense in the middle of palm.
Rub between palms until cream texture transforms into a clear serum.
Distribute evenly through mid-lengths to ends. Dry and style as desired.

Get deep conditioning version
I suggest everyone who has short/medium hair gets the deep conditioning version as a the light conditioning one is just too light and doesn’t reduce frizz without additional conditioning.
Packaging is a bit disappointing coming from Dyson as the cartridge keeps on unscrewing with normal use. The NFC feature is a completely useless gimmick and a reduced price instead would be welcome.
Overall, the product is effective and not sticky at all which is really nice. Is it life changing? No: it feels more like a regular conditioner than a styling product and this makes it hard to justify the price.

Absolutely brilliant stuff!
I bought this a few months ago and absolutely love it. My hair is quite fine and this pre styling serum gives my styled hair a bit of hold and also tames my frizz. The bottle also lasts a long time as you only need between 1-2 pumps. Each pump is measured and you gently rub the serum between your palms then distribute evenly through your mid lengths and ends. Absolutely brilliant stuff!

Needs more practicality!
I like the product and it suits my hair, it stops it going frizzy in mild humidity, but it hasn’t been life changing! I bought a refill before the pre styling container ran out due to there being no indication as to how much product was left before it ran out. I can see the amount of dust in my hoover but can’t see when I’m due to run out of hair product, very annoying. Thinking that the post styling serum may help my hair with moderate to high humidity, I bought the post styling product. The containers are identical apart from the wording. Without my glasses, I can’t see the wording leaving me vulnerable to using the product in the wrong order - not helpful at all. So, all in all, and considering the high cost of the products, I will be looking for replacements unless the engineers at Dyson come up with solutions to these issues. I need user friendly items first thing in the morning when I often struggle to find my glasses never mind confusing products! Not sure that the post serum product makes any difference anyway. Sorry to be so negative but I do feel rather ripped off!
