Better with subsequent uses
So to my mind this is a thick opaque gel. It is thin enough to be squeezed from a tube but thick enough to hold its shape once out. No smell and minimal ingredients which is a boon for me.
It is quite difficult to spread onto the skin, and it needs quite a few passes to become more of an oily liquid. This was a disappointment for me because I felt as if I was dragging my skin around.
It does remove the multiple applications of sunscreen and brow gel (single application), and its transition from balm to milk with the addition of water is sublime, rich and cushiony.
I was initially rather underwhelmed but have found myself reaching for this more and more both as an am and pm cleanser. It has become a onestop product for me and that is all to the good. A bigger size and refill options would be welcome
