I mean this is a re purchase of an item Ialready love. I genuinley think I have trained myself to smell this and get sleepy but everyone is different. If you struggle with sleep it is probably worth a try :)

Might be placebo but I take this with me if I'm travelling and I do find it helps me get off to sleep quicker in a new bed. Smells really nice, feels indulgent, nice bedtime ritual.

It’s worked

Relaxing and Addictive.
I find this product to be very relaxing and use it every night before I go to sleep. I am quite addicted to it and take it away with me. I does help me to sleep as I am a very bad sleeper.

Love the smell
