*** Holiday Online Return Policy ***
During the holiday period, if you are not satisfied with
your purchase, you may return your items for a refund within an extended period
from the date of purchase, on provision of a till receipt.
Any purchases made in store between November 15 and December
24, 2025, can be returned by January 31, 2026. For purchases made from December
25, 2025 onwards, our standard 28-day return policy applies.
Items must be returned in sellable condition. To ensure
customer hygiene and safety, items can only be returned for a refund if they
are unopened, unused, and have all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and
cellophane intact.
We are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that are not
re-sellable and reserve the right to refuse non-compliant returns for health
and safety purposes.
Personalised product and Gift Cards are excluded from our
return policy. Items purchased with a gift card can only be accepted for a
return for a gift card refund.
Any refund will be made to original method of payment.

Manage your order pre-production via your order history in "My Account" on the website using our self service management tool. You can cancel and amend your address pre-production or let us know if you encounter an issue once it has been shipped to you.

The best way to track the delivery of your order is to click on the tracking link within your order despatch confirmation email. or your online account Order history.
You may receive multiple despatch confirmation emails due to strict postal weight restrictions, some orders may need to be sent in more than one package which may arrive at different times.
What is your allergic reaction policy?
Very occasionally people have allergic reactions to certain ingredients within products they haven’t used before and they can vary from customer to customer.
If you do have an allergic reaction to a product purchased on our site, we recommend you stop using the product and visit your doctor in the first instance.
Please contact our team within 48 hours of using your product with the below information:
- The product you had the reaction to
- Type of reaction you experienced
- How long after applying the product did the allergic reaction occur
- Did you consult a healthcare professional since having the reaction
As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund the value of the product which caused an allergic reaction by a Gift Voucher.
We reserve the right to request a Doctors’ letter and/or photo of the reaction. Please read the manufacturers’ leaflet or the information on the product to see if they are likely to cause you any problems.
All descriptions, ingredients, instruction of use regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, please contact your doctor or the brand directly for further information.
