Curlsmith In-Shower Style Fixer is not for the faint of heart.
This gel will lock your curls in a super strong hold which will provide extreme definition, long-lasting frizz control and weather protection for your curls.
It does create a strong cast while drying which will feel crunchy to the touch, but this is only temporary. Once the hair is fully dry you just need to scrunch out the crunch with a little bit of oil to make your curls soft and bouncy again.
WHO IS IT FOR? All curl types! Best for medium to coarse thickness hair. Suitable for any porosity.

Directions
- Use on soaking wet hair.
- Take a dime sized amount per hair section.
- Rub it between your palms first.
- Smooth down the length of the hair, using the “praying hands” method.
- Scrunch gently upwards, then air dry or diffuse.
- When fully dry, scrunch again to break the cast.

Strange texture and frizzy within hours.
I was so excited to try this but Im now so glad that I only got the travel size to trial. It felt very strange in my hair (soaking wet hair) and the best way to describe it was like gelatinous sandpaper. I had lots of halo frizz within hours. Really disappointed.

love this for 3b/3c hair
great for holding curls and making them last throughout the day, my hair usually gets frizzy quite easily but using this it still held up despite really windy weather

The Only Gel That Holds Up—Literally

Sticky mess
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This just did not work for me - left my hair sticky and the curls were thin and wispy.
I have used a number of products in the protein range but was looking for a bit more hold but this was not the one for me.
It was simple enough to use but it just never dried and finished in a defined even curls.
Shame really

Love the fact it’s got natural ingredients, you only need a tiny bit so it lasts ages and it’s so good at stopping frizz and defining curls. Love it!
