Blotchy itchy skin
I received this in my advent calendar, and used a small amount as described, but woke up red itchy and blotchy. A bit like a retinol burn. I have checked and dont think this has retinol, but will probably not use any more sadly as my skin is sensitive. I love Elemis products, and use lots of them, but wont be using this one sadly.

Irritating to my skin
I got a free sample in a Boots beauty gift and was pleased as I use Elemis pro collagen face cream. However not long after putting this essence on my face my skin went red and blotchy and felt tight and tingly. I've not had a reaction to other Elemis products so must be the Copper or something else causing the irritation.

Refreshing Pro-Collagen Marine Moisture Essence
I have so many favourites in the Pro-Collegen range and this is one of them. I immediately notice how hydrating it is by how quickly my skin soaks it up. It has a refreshing smell to it, which awakening my skin especially in the morning.
I hope Elemis reads these comments because this would be helpful if it had a pump as I only have the use of one hand and so waste a lot. Make this happen, please?

The Best Essence!
I have tried many different brands of essence, and although they were all very good, this is by far the best I've ever used. It smells absolutely amazing and really does adsorb into the skin without leaving the skin feeling sticky or heavy. I notice the difference in my skin almost immediately, it looks more hydrated and glowy.
