I have used this since a teen in the 90's
I have used the artliner for many many years and it is my most trusted makeup item.
I started using the Lancome artliner in 90's Germany and I have never been able to find any eyeliner close to this easy-to-use, fine-line and mess-free Artliner by Lancome.
