The very best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice warm primer with golden glow to it. Doesn’t dry out / very moisturising. Have only used a few times and it has looked good indoors/ outdoors. Haven’t tried a foundation over it yet so can’t comment on that

Hi can you tell me if this primer is water based or silicone based? The list of ingredients is not very clear and I want to use it under waterbased foundation (such as Bobbi Brown skin foundation) thanks
As Water is the first ingredient on nars website, it is waterbased. I am on my second tube and worn under multiple foundations, mainly nars. Should be fine under the liquid bobbi brown foundations.

The NARS Smooth & Protect Primer doesn't have flashback. Normally when a product contains talc in the ingredients it will cause a flashback but this product doesn't.
This primer is suitable for oily skin types as it's completely oil free!
