TO USE: Apply to wet hair and lather. Rinse thoroughly.
TO REFILL: Wash Hands remove pouch cap by twisting & pour into empty unrinsed bottle of Color Last Conditioner, write refill date & batch number on bottle* *Available on the back of the pouch
