HOW TO USE


FIRST: Blend the Matte eyeshadow in the crease and outer corner using a soft eyeshadow brush. Use packing motions for more intensity and blend to diffuse.


THEN: Pat the Sparkling Wet Effect formula onto the eyelid and inner corner using a finger or dense eyeshadow brush for a semi-sheer glistening, high-shine finish.
